Sarit Vandegraaff is an Organisational Coach with over 12 years of coaching and facilitation experience in both the corporate and social purpose sectors. Sarit's work closely aligns with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of ethics and Core competencies and has been credentialed as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). This recognition in Sarit’s expertise as a coach guarantees her clients with high standard, authentic, professional and ethical service.
As well as being an independent coach and facilitator, Sarit is a Senior Associate Coach at Leadership Space working with leaders, teams and organisations in the Social Purpose sector. Sarit is also a coach mentor at the Australian College of Applied Professions (ACAP). , a coach and facilitator at Encountas and is an associate Senior Executive Coach and Program Director at TranExec Leadership Development where she regularly travels the globe, coaching and facilitating workshops in London, Oxford, Hong Kong, New Delhi and Mumbai.
Sarit employs a consultative approach to partner with organisations, boards, leaders and their teams towards greater impact and results.
